ORDERING & WEBSITE

Orders

Do you have a catalog?

We do not have a printed catalog. Our available products, pricing and can be found online. If you are looking for a product not listed, please contact us to discuss a custom order.

How can I place an order?

Online ordering is available at https://store.acpcomposites.com/ for retail items. You can place, manage and track your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by registering online for an Account.

Custom orders will need to be placed by phone or by e-mail during support hours.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order Mon-Fri 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. PST. Please allow for 24-hour processing for all customer pickup orders. A confirmation e-mail will be sent with the appropriate pickup location as well as the designated time. Pickups can be arranged upon request if outside these hours.

Do you offer expediting services?

Yes, we can expedite the processing of your order. Fees may apply. See Expedite for further details. Additionally, various shipping methods are available to expedite the delivery time.  

What is the minimum order?

We do not have any order minimums. Some products may a minimum order quantity and will be detailed on the website.

How can I request a quote?

We accept requests for quote online at Request for Quote.

Can you source an item that I do not see on your website?

Yes, we can utilize our supplier relationships to acquire various materials. Simply contact us with your specifications and required information so we can try and locate exactly what you are looking for.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, a stock product order can be canceled within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

If a custom order, an associate will review the status and determine if a cancellation or change is available.

Do you provide product traceability or product certification?

We do offer a standard quality certification at no charge if requested at the time of order. Certifications detailing lot number, traceability, D.O.M. or other material specifications may not be available unless as a custom order.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Additional payments methods may be available for custom orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we do collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which we are legally obliged.

Do you offer Education/Team Sponsorship's?

We support many individual students, university teams and programs including Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Material Science, Solar Powered Vehicles, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Rocketry and more by being a source for advanced composite materials and services. Additionally, we do offer an educational discount programs and approach sponsorship's individually based on request.

As a student, can I get a discount?

We do offer an Educational Discount for all students or administration currently enrolled in courses. You can apply by filling out the Education Discount Application.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS or common carrier. All orders are shipped F.O.B., point of shipment in accordance with the Ex Works (EXW) terms.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined by length, width, height, weight and the shipping zip code. Orders placed on the webstore are estimated based on the products ordered at checkout.

I have my own shipping account, can you ship on it?

Yes, we can ship on your account.  We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS or common carrier. All orders are shipped F.O.B., point of shipment in accordance with the Ex Works (EXW) terms.

When will I get my order?

ACP will ship orders placed online within 2 business days. Shipping transit times are in addition to this processing time. 

If your order is for a custom product, we make all attempts to complete delivery in the time frame quoted.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries. We adhere to ITAR regulations and will not ship to countries listed on the prohibited countries list.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, we do accept returns within 30 days from invoice date. Please refer to our Returns page for complete terms.

Custom orders, clearance items, cut yardage, prepregs, and/or any products cut at customer request are non-returnable.

Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?

No, we offer free returns for all items except those considered to be custom orders, clearance items, cut yardage, prepregs, and/or any products cut at customer request.

MANUFACTURING & SERVICES

Do you manufacture your products?

Yes, we manufacture a range of composite products including the plates, panels and tubing sold on our online store. We also distribute other trusted brands and materials to aide in composite manufacturing.    

Can you help with a design/prototyping of a product?

Whether it’s a new product, redesign or concept, we can provide design consultation, tooling options to help prototype your concept or ramp up production of an existing product.

Do you provide material testing?

We work with third party testing facilities based on the testing method being requested.  

What type of curing do you offer?

Our facility houses a variety of autoclave, oven and presses to deliver a range of curing options.
