ACP Composites Launches Redesigned Retail Website

Livermore, California ACP Composites a global leader in high-quality composite solutions, launched their redesigned retail website which features a fully updated user interface as well as a range of new tools to help customers find what they are looking for quickly and easily.

“The original ACP retail site served us well for many years. However, we want to give our customers a more user-friendly experience as well as offer them more ways to find the products they are looking for,” said Jessica Sparr, ACP’s Chief Operating Officer. “Our redesigned retail website still offers the same wide range of stock products as the previous site, but with the addition of many new features and increased functionality.”

Some of the new website’s highlights include the ability to shop for a product by both category and material type. In addition, a customer will now receive more information about their order – receiving emails and updates when their order is placed, released and shipped.

Another exciting new feature of the website is the improvement to the “My Account” page. Once logged in, a user can easily re-order items, submit and track their returns, submit customer support cases and manage their email subscriptions. In addition, a customer can print statements and have access to their transaction history, not just order confirmations. They can also view and submit quotes.
